Senior Recruitment Consultant

RocketPeople, founded 6 years ago in Amsterdam, is a dynamic and rapidly growing recruitment consultancy with a recent expansion into Athens, Greece. Our mission is to empower Venture Capital firms, Private Equity investors, and scaling technology companies across Europe by connecting them with the brightest talents in the digital industry. As we continue to expand our presence and expertise, we are seeking a Dutch speaking Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Athens team.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Tech Industry at RocketPeople, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of leading tech companies and startups by finding top-tier talent. You'll collaborate with European founders, investors and executive leadership and assist and advise them in finding the best professionals. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for identifying exceptional individuals, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the digital landscape all across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Venture Capital firms, Private Equity investors, and scaling tech companies.
• Talent Acquisition: Identify and engage with high-caliber candidates across the tech industry, from Marketing Directors to Chief Technology Officers and everything in between!
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive talent landscapes to provide valuable insights to clients.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Strategic Advising: Offer consultative advice to clients on market dynamics, talent availability, and hiring strategies.
• Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetups to build a strong professional network within the digital ecosystem.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client and candidate interactions in our CRM system.
• Building the business: Besides being the best recruiter in Europe, your ambition should be to help us bring our company to the next level. This means that besides bringing in revenue, you get the room to explore new technologies, ways of working, and marketing efforts to speed up the development of our offering and services. What we're looking for;

• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment; 
• End to end experience; qualification, sourcing, closing;
• A personal interest in fast growing tech companies, and the ambition to work internationally.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset. If you see room for improvement, you're in charge of improving it!
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Based in Athens OR willing to relocate to Athens.
