We started 6 years ago in Amsterdam and opened our second office in Athens 2 years ago. Our small, and experienced team is dedicated to empowering tech companies across Europe by facilitating connections with exceptional talent. We're on a mission to shape the digital landscape and drive innovation in the tech industry. Over the years we have helped over 300 scale-ups with over 700 hires!

What you will do as our Talent Sourcer:

• Candidate Sourcing: Focus on sourcing candidates across multiple domains throughout Europe, utilizing various channels and techniques to identify top-tier talent.
• Screening Calls: Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles.
• Systems Management: Keep candidate information up-to-date in our systems to ensure efficient tracking and communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Support Senior Consultants: Assist senior consultants in their projects, contributing to the success of client engagements and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field.

What we're looking for;

• Finished bachelor in economics, finance, business or similar. 
• A personal interest in fast growing tech companies, and the ambition to work internationally.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset. If you see room for improvement, you're in charge of improving it!
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
• Based in Athens.
